- refer back to Dreams & Principles
- build on strengths
- agree on underlying principles

5) Reflect/analyze/evaluate:
- real & rooted in the community?
- participatory not consultative?
- support mechanisms?
- time for fun/relaxation/camaraderie?

6) Publicise & recruit
- recognition of efforts
- celebration of achievements
- injection of new energy & ideas
